For those with a US queen-size mattress, the Japan Bed 160x200 cm model is recommended. The US queen mattress is slightly smaller, which may reveal the bed slats. To create a seamless look, consider using a pair (2x) of 80x200 cm Tatami Mats beneath your mattress. This addition not only conceals the slats but also enhances the visual and tactile comfort of your Japan bed.

Items on their way to our warehouse are ordered from the supplier and have been given a preliminary delivery time, which may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, and we have no control over this. The item will be sent directly to you as soon as it arrives at our warehouse.

The delivery time presented is always preliminary and may be moved up or delayed depending on the supplier's production and delivery, which we cannot influence. An order for a made-to-order item cannot be canceled or returned, as it is specially made for you.
Whether an item is eligible for return or cancellation, it is indicated once the product is added to cart, and throughout the checkout process.
To initiate a return, email customercase@thatcooliving.com for authorization. A 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Returned items must be in their original condition, unassembled if applicable, and in the original packaging.
For damage claims, report within 2 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging before opening, pictures of the damage, and a copy of the signed Bill of Lading (BOL) highlighting the damages.
